⚠️ HOTEL BOOKING PROCESS FOR WINTER CONVENTION ⚠️ 

We're implementing a change to how attendees receive hotel booking information for the AASB Winter Convention this year. This change ensures that all first-day registrants have an equal opportunity to secure accommodations within our group room blocks. This is the same process from 2025 Summer Conference. 

Everyone who registers on September 25 will receive a separate, direct email from AASB the following day (September 26) containing: 

• The booking link and details for the host hotel group room block 
• Information about AASB group room blocks at nearby hotels

Please note those who register for Winter Convention after opening day will receive hotel booking information and details in their confirmation email as usual.
